The 2019 Fall Mini Medical School at the University of Florida will be held on Friday, November 15, 2019 from 8:30am-3:30pm. This one-day in-service is an opportunity for middle and high school teachers to experience some of the many facets of the University of Florida College of Medicine and Health Science Center. The program combines visits to clinical and research laboratories, brief lectures, networking with peers, break-out sessions, and panel discussions.

This year’s program will focus on Precision Medicine and Pharmacogenomics as we highlight some of the breakthrough advances in research and clinical practice that are Personalizing the Future of Healthcare. Faculty and clinicians housed in the UF Health Science Center will participate in this event. We invite you to join us for an exciting professional learning opportunity, where health care professionals and teachers share knowledge and insight to better educate the scientists and health care leaders of tomorrow.
