I had the pleasure of working with
Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Department,
We are working on a 3D rendering of the e.coli 30S sub unit.
This ribosomal sub unit is made up of double helix RNA and proteins:
the double helix regions we are representing as cylinders,
the single strand loops on top of the helices are represented
as caps,
the proteins we are representing as spheres,
