Summary of lab experience at TRUE Summer Institute:

I have been working in the Fisheries laboratory under the direction of Dr. Phlips and his assistant Tammy. We will be collecting water samples from Suwannee River, St. John's River, and Indian River. Our studies involve nutrient concentrations and their relationship to algal blooms. We would like to predict the consequences of the algal blooms in Florida
waterways for future studies.
