| Begin Application Review: | February 13, 2012 Applications are reviewed on a rolling admissions basis until the program is filled. |

| Response to Invitation: | 10 days from receiving SSTP Invitation Include $300 Non-Refundable Deposit (applied toward total fee of $3500) Check or Money Order made out to the University of Florida with Participant’s Name on MEMO line. |

| Program Forms and Fee: | Postmarked no later than May 1st | |||
| Registration and Move-In: | Sunday, June 10th from 8:30 am – 12:00 noon Beaty Towers Residence Hall |

| Convocation: | Sunday, June 10th from 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm Norman Hall Auditorium, Room 137 Located on the northeast corner of Museum Road and 13th Street Parents are requested to join participants for the Convocation. |

| Late Comers may Register and Move-in immediately following Convocation. | ||||
| Mid-Summer Break: | Thursday, June 28th– Sunday, June 30th Students are dismissed from lab at 3:00 pm on Thursday. Students must return by 10:00 pm on Sunday. |

| Check-out and Move-Out: | Saturday, July 28th from 7:00 am – 12:00 noon All Participants must be moved-out of Beaty Towers by 12:00 noon. |
