Special Explorations for Teachers and Students (SETS)

Anatomy and Physiology

Exploring the human body is always of interest. Younger grades can build a lung model to demonstrate the dynamics of breathing or learn the components of blood by mixing together a yummy candy recipe. Utilizing anatomical specimens is a terrific opportunity for students to see and learn of the inner workings of the body. Medical students can discuss anatomy and physiology with the students and discuss related pathologies.

This exploration can be adjusted to suit the academic level of the class.

The cost of this Exploration is $200.
