Registration Information
Pre-Registration Information must be returned to CPET by November 9, 2007.

Mailing in the registration flap on your JSEHS Brochure
Calling us at (352) 392-2310, or
E-Mailing the following information to jsehs@cpet.ufl.edu
- school name and address
- chaperone's name, address, phone and fax numbers
- the number of students and adults (specify gender) planning to attend
CPET will then mail out a registration packet, including all necessary forms, to the Adult Chaperone indicated in the Pre-Registration Information.
Completed registration materials and payment for all students and teachers planning to attend the JSEHS must be received on or before Friday, January 9, 2009.
Students must be accompanied by an adult chaperone. One adult may chaperone up to ten students, or the number allowed by the school.
