Dual Credit Enrollment

Who is Eligible?

You are eligible for dual enrollment at the University of Florida if you are in grades
9 - 12 and your private high school / public school district has an Articulation Agreement for dual enrollment with UF.

Students must have a 3.25 unweighted GPA in order to be eligible to enroll as a Dual Enrollment Student.

If you would like to find out if an agreement exists with your school, please contact Sara Day at (352) 392-2660.

Students living outside commuting distance from Gainesville MUST provide a statement in writing outlining the students’ living arrangements while here in town dual enrolling.

During the course of their UF Dual Enrollment, out of town students’ MUST be staying with a family member (preferably) or trusted adult who is 21 years of age or older and have their parents’ written consent to do so. This statement should be signed by the parent or legal guardian and be notarized and submitted along with the registration paperwork.

Students who attend high school outside the state of Florida are ineligible.
